Permanent placeTo get a permanent place in the caravan park you need to take over an existing place. The permanent places are normally sold on root. This means that both the caravan, the terrace and the roofed tent are sold in one package. The seller discontinues their renting agreement and advertises the place for sale. As the buyer of a permanent place you enter into a new renting agreement with Hardanger Feriesenter. The prices vary according to the state and age of the caravan and platform.
The rent per year is. 17.000,- to 23.000,- per year, depending on the size of the place and nearness to the fjord. If a caravan is to be replaced or a new caravan installed a crane truck must be used. This is because of the height differences on the slope. |
Short time placeIf we don't have available permanent places, a short term place may be a good alternative.
The places are situated on a plain surface, making it easy for you to drive your caravan in place yourself. If you rent a short term place for your caravan you can put up a temporary platform under the connected tent. You are responsible to dismantle it yourself after the end of your stay. The rent is due every 3 months. Send your request of a short term place to booking@hardangerferiesenter.no |
Nesvika Association for caravan park dwellersThe Nesvika Association for caravan park dwellers was established in 1998 and has since then worked as a communication link between the caravan park dwellers and the leadership at Hardanger Feriesenter. Every year a board consisting of three persons is elected. The most important functions are being a discussion partner concerning changes and development of the resort, take care of disciplinary matters and contribute to celebrating midsummer night and other occasions. The guidelines are established in the agreement "Fellesavtalen".
